August 24, 2014 - Maria and I visited.  I wrote, “Went to the cabin to check it over.  Everything looked good.  Put new duct tape over holes on side windows and added duct tape to back window seams to help keep the dirt out.  Neighbor from across the road came over to see who we were.  We told her we were the owners of the property and thanked her for looking over the place.  Her name is Cindy Stoddard and she gave us her phone number and email address.  We gave her our information card.  The weather was warm and nice.

December 7, 2013 - Maria and I visited.  I wrote, “Here to check the cabin over.  Everything looked good, put more duct tape on window.  Cabin in back of us had collapsed. To my knowledge, no one has ever lived in that cabin.  Very cold and very windy, dirt and sand blowing everywhere”.

January 20, 2011 - Maria and I visited.  I wrote, “Here to check cabin over after heavy rains.  Everything looked good, roof and inside.  A little dusty, but only because someone threw a rock through one of the side windows.  I put some duct tape and plywood over the broken window.  Nice day, sunny and a little cool.”

January 29, 2009 - Maria and I visited. Maria wrote, “Part of roof missing and window broken in the back. Very dusty and rain got in broken window. Patched the broken window and going into town to find a roofer”.

February 16, 2009 - I visited. I wrote, “Here to check on roof job completed by Above All Roofing on February 15, 2009 (cost $1500.00). The contractor removed the old roof and hauled away roof trash. Installed new felt, 30 year shingles and flashing. Roof looked good. The inside of the cabin was covered with roofing debris from when the old roof was taken off and had to be cleaned up. Also replaced one back side window. Weather was overcast and a little windy but nice to work outside”.
