November 18 and 19, 2000 – I visited. I wrote, “Came out to check place over and found front part of roof came off, about 15 feet of the first course. Water had leaked onto ceiling and had more water damage but nothing fell down inside. Went to hardware store and got a roll of roofing, “O” Henry, nails and miscellaneous stuff to repair roof, hope it holds up for a while. Tightened up window covers and put new locks for electric box and front door. Weather was perfect, lots of stars at night”.

October 9, 1998 – I visited. I wrote, "Came out to pick up Ronnie. Found the place had been broken into, windows broken out and door broken in, pigeons living inside and pigeon crap all over. Put screen over windows and got pigeons out”.
