January 29, 2009 - Maria and I visited. Maria wrote, “Part of roof missing and window broken in the back. Very dusty and rain got in broken window. Patched the broken window and going into town to find a roofer”.

February 16, 2009 - I visited. I wrote, “Here to check on roof job completed by Above All Roofing on February 15, 2009 (cost $1500.00). The contractor removed the old roof and hauled away roof trash. Installed new felt, 30 year shingles and flashing. Roof looked good. The inside of the cabin was covered with roofing debris from when the old roof was taken off and had to be cleaned up. Also replaced one back side window. Weather was overcast and a little windy but nice to work outside”.

March 31, 2009 - I visited. I wrote, “Here to clean up more roof debris on rafters, cleaned behind stove, ice box, couch, cabinets and all over. Everything looked good. Weather not too hot and no wind”.
