October 9, 1998 – I visited. I wrote, "Came out to pick up Ronnie. Found the place had been broken into, windows broken out and door broken in, pigeons living inside and pigeon crap all over. Put screen over windows and got pigeons out”.

October 12, 1998 – Chuck and I visited. I wrote, “Came out to board up windows and door and to pick up Ronnie’s car. Pigeons were gone. Very nice weather and nice day”.
